FINDING SELF


Be at peace
at whole within,
from your soul
you must begin.

There is where
you'll find yourself,
here is where
there's inner wealth.

Quiet the mind
to find the heart,
keep it still
for here's the start.

When your quiet
there's peace within,
and you will see
all new begin.

Quiet now
and feel the peace,
flowing through
let go, release.

Feel it flowing
quiet and slow,
through body tissue
to the soul it will go.

Heart rate slowing
mind is too,
this will help
in all you do.

Aura glowing
brighter now,
showing all
that you've learnt how.

Learn how to be
at peace with self,
learn how to gain
that inner stealth.

For in this place
that's only for you,
there's peace, there's quiet
and tranquility too.

Why did I not find it
long, long ago,
so my life would have had
a more peaceful flow.
